ZenClean Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the ZenClean mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Alexarix Ltd (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and offered as a freemium utility with optional subscription features. The Application is provided “AS IS”.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect limited information to support core functionality, subscription processing, and usage analytics. This includes:

• Device type, OS version, and language settings
• Installation source (e.g., ad campaign ID, referrer)
• Subscription status and transaction events
• Anonymous usage metrics (e.g., which screens are visited)

No sensitive personal data (such as names, email addresses, or contact lists) is collected or stored by the Service Provider.

2. Third-Party Services

To support subscriptions and app performance, the Application integrates the following third-party SDKs:

• Appsflyer
  Used for attribution and analytics (e.g., install source, campaign performance).
  Appsflyer Privacy Policy
• Adapty
  Used for managing in-app subscriptions, analyzing revenue trends, and delivering paywall experiences.

These third parties may collect anonymized device information and usage data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The Service Provider does not receive or store any payment information directly.

3. In-App Purchases

ZenClean offers optional in-app subscriptions processed by Apple Inc. All payment transactions, billing history, and refunds are handled directly by Apple, not the Service Provider.

Refund requests should be submitted via your Apple account. The Service Provider does not store or access your billing credentials or Apple ID.

4. Local-Only Features

The following features operate entirely on your device and do not transmit personal data to the Service Provider or any server:

• RAM and storage monitoring
• Duplicate detection and removal (photos, videos, contacts)
• Internet speed testing
• Private folder with password lock
• On-device assistant (preloaded responses powered by local ChatGPT)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data. However, anonymized data may be shared with third-party service providers listed above solely to improve app performance and manage subscriptions.

We may disclose limited data if required by law or legal process.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You can also limit tracking by:

• Opting out of ad tracking in your iOS settings
• Disabling personalized ads via your Apple ID
• Adjusting Appsflyer opt-out settings here

7. Data Retention

No personal data is stored by the Service Provider. Anonymized analytics and subscription metadata may be retained by Appsflyer or Adapty according to their own retention policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted data, please contact us immediately.

9. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards (both technical and procedural) to protect any locally processed or third-party managed data. All payment transactions are handled through Apple’s secure payment system.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
